MiBöca Dentistry is a multi-provider biological, integrative, and airway-centered dental practice with two locations in Omaha, Nebraska, founded by Dr. Trino Nuño, DDS. The practice also includes Dr. Dianne Luebke, DDS, Dr. Rylee Smith, DDS, and Dr. Ellen Reimers, DDS. The practice describes its mission as bridging the gap between traditional dentistry and modern whole-health care, empowering patients to become the CEOs of their own health through root-cause focused, biocompatible, and compassionate dental care. The practice draws patients from across the Midwest and the United States and serves patients of all ages, from infants through adults.
Services include SMART-certified safe mercury amalgam removal, ceramic (zirconia) dental implants, ozone therapy, laser tongue tie and lip tie revision, airway-centered dentistry, pediatric airway evaluation and jaw development programs, myofunctional therapy, TMJ treatment, biocompatible restorations including CEREC ceramic onlays, inlays, and crowns, tooth-colored fillings, sleep appliances, orthodontic therapy, and general and family dentistry.
Dr. Nuño is an IAOMT member and SMART certified, and received advanced airway and tongue tie training through The Breathe Institute under Dr. Soroush Zaghi. Dr. Rylee Smith is also SMART certified through the IAOMT, and Dr. Ellen Reimers is SMART certified as well and completed airway and tongue tie training through The Breathe Institute. The entire practice team shares a philosophy of biocompatible materials, safe mercury removal, and the integral connection between oral health and systemic wellness. Dr. Nuño’s interests also extend to regenerative farming, nutrient-dense food, and environmental health, which inform his broader approach to patient education on non-toxic living.
The practice does not accept dental insurance and offers a Platinum Plan in-house membership, as well as Cherry financing. Virtual consultations are not mentioned on the website.
