Ham Heritage Properties

HAM Heritage Properties is a family-owned vacation rental management company in Angel Fire, New Mexico, with a portfolio of eight cabins and lodges ranging from three to six bedrooms. Properties accommodate groups from 7 to 18 guests and are located near Angel Fire Resort, Monte Verde Lake, and the surrounding mountain trails.

Two properties in the portfolio, Snowmass Lodge and Elkhorn Retreat, list specific health-conscious features. Both include fragrance-free products and non-toxic cleaning practices. Snowmass Lodge additionally lists organic cotton sheets, organic spices and oils in the kitchen, and Clearly Filtered water pitchers in both of its fully stocked kitchens. Elkhorn Retreat lists organic sheets. Smoking is not permitted inside or around any of the properties, and most do not allow pets.

The remaining six properties (Blue Roof Lodge, Cinco C, D-Cabin, Overlook Oasis, RC 350, and Three Bears Cabin) do not mention non-toxic or fragrance-free features in their listings.
