Newly built Guesthouse in Sandpoint, Idaho

This newly built guesthouse in Sandpoint, Idaho is located about five minutes from downtown, Lake Pend Oreille, Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort, and Bonner General Hospital. It accommodates up to five guests with one queen bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and one full bathroom.

The host has taken a deliberate low-toxicity approach throughout the space. No fragrances are used anywhere in the guesthouse, and all cleaning is done with natural products and a free-and-clear detergent. Linens are 100% cotton. Natural toiletries are provided, including Alaffia body wash and bubble bath, Bend Soap Company body lotion and bar soap, and homemade natural hand soaps. The kitchen features stainless steel pots and pans. The host also offers nontoxic candles from Farmhouse Candle Shop for guests who wish to use them.

The guesthouse includes a fully equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances, a full-sized washer and dryer, an electric fireplace, a large deck with lounge chairs and a grill, a TV with Roku, and fast Wi-Fi. Complimentary local coffee and loose leaf tea are provided. A portable crib and high chair are available upon request.
