We Inspect is a mold inspection company founded by second-generation indoor environmental consultants Brian Karr and Corey Levy. They specialize in working with mold-sensitive individuals and families dealing with health conditions connected to mold exposure, including CIRS, Lyme disease, autoimmune conditions, and PANS/PANDAS. The company is trusted by hundreds of functional medicine practitioners and takes a health-first approach that goes well beyond a standard mold inspection.

Their process begins with a pre-inspection Zoom call to discuss health concerns, property history, and past water events. A certified field inspector then conducts a thorough in-person evaluation (averaging 4-5 hours) covering HVAC systems, structural components, and belongings, using both surface and air sampling methods. After the inspection, clients receive a comprehensive report with lab results, a detailed remediation plan, recommendations for qualified remediators, and questions to ask when vetting a remediation company. Each client works with a dedicated care team that includes an inspection consultant, a field inspector, and an inspection strategist.

Importantly, We Inspect does not perform remediation themselves, which they view as a conflict of interest. Their role is inspection, testing, and remediation planning only.
