Clean Living With Carly

Clean Living with Carly is a non-toxic lifestyle and holistic reproductive health practice run by Carly Hartwig, based in Upstate New York (serving the Rochester, Syracuse, Buffalo, and Southern Tier region) and working with clients virtually worldwide. Carly is a Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner and Certified Fertility Awareness Educator accredited through the Association of Fertility Awareness Professionals. She primarily works with women and families, with a particular focus on those looking to support their hormonal health, reproductive wellness, and overall wellbeing through lifestyle and environment.

A core focus of Carly’s work is helping clients identify and reduce their exposure to environmental toxins in everyday products and the home. She addresses topics including hormone-disrupting chemicals in personal care and household products, greenwashing in the consumer marketplace, and how to make lower-toxin swaps based on individual budgets and priorities. Her own health journey, which included a hormone imbalance and hypothyroidism she connects to the products she was using, informs her approach to guiding clients through a low-tox transition.

Carly offers one-on-one coaching via video call or email consult for clients navigating the shift to a less-toxic home, as well as in-home sessions for those in the Upstate New York area. Additional services include fertility awareness education, hormone health coaching, group coaching, e-books on low-tox living, and a Fertility Awareness Method 101 webinar.
