Dr. Tyler Jean
Dr. Tyler Jean is a naturopathic doctor and holistic health educator specializing in functional nutrition, root-cause healing, and lifestyle medicine. He graduated from the National University of Natural Medicine and has a background in biological sciences from UC Santa Barbara. His interests include gastrointestinal health, metabolic and hormonal balance, athletic performance, mental wellness, and non-toxic living.
Rather than a traditional clinical practice, Dr. Tyler currently offers self-paced courses, ebooks, lab testing with personalized supplement protocols, and a membership community called HealthX. His courses cover topics including functional nutrition, foundational health practices, root-cause healing, fertility and pre-conception support, and ADHD. His ebooks include an anti-inflammatory recipe guide, a non-toxic product guide, and a supplement guide. HealthX is a monthly membership that includes educational modules, expert webinars, advanced lab testing options, and community support.
He also maintains a curated shop of over 250 products he personally uses across categories like food, biohacking, and personal care, as well as wellness-focused city travel guides for 10 major U.S. cities.
Dr. Tyler has been featured in MindBodyGreen, Wall Street Journal, Men’s Health, MyFitnessPal, and Dr. Axe. He is a former elite swimmer who trained for the 2016 U.S. Olympic Trials.
